How to choose the Network fee?

If sending digital assets, the network fees the priority of your transaction in the queue of pending transactions. Miners will prioritize transactions that offer high fees. Choose high fees if you require fast confirmation or lower fees if you can wait a while to save on fees.

Priority: the transaction will roughly be included in the next block (about 10 min for Bitcoin).
Standard: the transaction will roughly be included within 3 blocks (about 30 min for Bitcoin).
Economical: the transaction will roughly be included within 6 blocks (about 60 min for Bitcoin).

How much is the transaction fee and how it´s established?

The only fee paid by the client is the Blockchain network commission. Quppy Wallet charges no extra fees for transactions.

Why do I need to pay a Network Fee?

Those fees charged from the transactions are needed to support the networks that run the coin/token. This fee is charged to reward miners (thereby ensuring that the transaction is logged into the blockchain in a timely fashion) and to support the blockchain network itself.

Each coin is a subject to its own transaction fee that is paid to their networks.

Network fees may differ due to the current volatility of cryptocurrency markets.

How to make a SEPA transfer?

The Quppy Wallet app enables you to send debit transfers to any country within the SEPA zone. Those transfers can be done in either euro or British pounds.

To make a SEPA transfer please:

1. Choose an IBAN account on the main screen.
2. Tap on the choses IBAN of yours.
3. Press the Send button
4. Fill in all the recipient’s details including his/her IBAN number, SWIFT code, first and last names.
5. Fill in the transfer amount.
6. Press the send button

Once the transfer was sent, all of the transfer details including recipient’s data and the transfer amount cannot be changed. Please take into consideration that the SEPA transfer reception depends on the recipient’s bank and might take from 1 hour to 2 business days.
